Soccer@Home was created in Partnership with @AlexandriaSoc, and their coaches Tim and Katie. This series is designed to be a resource to get players touches on the ball and work on their match fitness while at home. At the end of each video there are options inbuilt in the videos to tailor sessions to each player.
Warm up: 5 minute warm up to get blood flowing through the body.
Ball Skills lvl 1: This level has beginner soccer players in mind.
Ball Skills lvl 2: This level has intermediate soccer players in mind.
Ball Skills lvl 3: This level has advanced soccer players in mind
Strength & Conditioning: This quick session works on various fitness aspects using a soccer ball.
